When I turned me computer off Friday, the text of my layouts and the layouts themselves were all aligned http://imageshack.us...es/97/fmp2.png/ I turned the computer on this morning, loaded filemaker and as you can see in the pic below every field has been distorted. http://imageshack.us...508/2222jp.png/ I reverted to my backup filemaker file and the layouts are still distorted!!

Possibly a corrupted font. Try duplicating the layout (for backup), then select all and change the font.

(By the way, you're more likely to get responses to questions if you use a more descriptive subject.)

I appreciate your tip. I have tried selecting all and changing it to arial and font size of 10 to no avail. Any other suggestions? It looks like the boxes are all squished together ... :(

Corrupted preferences maybe?

I fixed it!! I went to my mac font book app, and my default font (arial) was turned off ... I don't know why, Turned the font back on and everything went back to normal!
