Best online shop platform for FileMaker

I want to do a online shop that link to FileMaker. What is the best option for online shop.

1)Magento

2)osCommerce

3)Zencart

4)Virtuemart (Joomla)

5)Ubercart (Drupal)

I know that Magento has a well developed API that will make things easier. Some of the others may as well, but Magento is from the eBay family and the API is pretty solid.

 

If you are developing for a client do whatever works easier for you. In my experience Magento is not the best ecommerce solution out there for a few reasons.

I have shopify. Would I be better off with Magento having to upload and download files from filemaker?
