I have setup a portal and the "Show vertical scroll bar" is selected... But it (the scroll bar) is not showing up. Have not tried holding a piece of cheese in front of it, but with everything else it is not showing...

Any suggestions?

Pen Pattern is probably set to transparent (Inspector > Appearance > Line > checkerboard pattern & select top left). :)
