IWP does not display page

I have installed iwp in a two server scenario. The web server works if I just go to the default iis page. But if I try /fmi/iwp it wants me to download the iwp file. What am I missing?

Do I have to change any mime settings on iis?

I am running filemaker 10 on windows 2008
