I have made FileMaker run time solution with the Windows OS, its working perfectly in Windows machines.

the same, Is this run time solution will work on MAC OS ? Or Not ?

A runtime must be built on the platform on which it is intended to run. The same FM file can run on either platform, but a runtime for Mac must be built on a Mac, and a runtime for Windows must be built on Windows.
