use of super container in snow leopard crashes

i am using super container of demo version on mac system,the database is on fm server when i am using the super container the fm application crashes

Yes, check your versions. If you are running anything under SuperContainer version 2.831 -- you will need to update it. I apologize we weren't able to connect via Skype Randhir.

I am using

OS- Mac OS 10.6.8

java- 1.6.0_29

super container- 2.82

FM- 11.0v2:

FM Server- 11.0.1.95

when i change the super container version from 2.82 to 2.83 fm application is working well but when we try to retrieve the data from fm server using php it is giving error(unable to open file) error

The error you experienced with SuperContainer version 2.82 was a known issue that was resolved with SuperContainer 2.831. As for the error you are experiencing with PHP... make sure that the folder path/URL you are passing into the browser exists. You can double-check this by navigating on the SC server host machine and checking whether a file exists in that folder. Also, double-check whether "correct" permissions exist and that you are able to either read/write to that file/folder location.
