.......does any one know of any good sources of info on these......I've been using them more and more over the last 3-4 months and would like to get some more information on techniques etc.

I've scoured the blueworld web site and found some good info but some of the acticles there assume prior knowledge......from where?

Training courses are not really possible due to location and cost as I like spending all my budget on kit
