Since our company is going digital, we will need to store and view/print our customers multiple page .pdf policy. Is the best way to do this to just make a container and drag the files to the container? Or is there a trick I'm missing?

I would seriously explore using SuperContainer this will give you much better performance and be able to view the PDF within a web viewer.
