Using Plug Ins in a Runtime Solution

I am having trouble getting a plug in to work in a runtime solution that I have created. The plug-in doesn't show up in the application preferences menu which seems to indicate that its not "enabled". However, before I turn the database into a runtime file, the plug-in works correctly (plug-in IS "enabled" in the full version of FM.

So, how do I install and enable a plug-in to work in a runtime solution?

I am using FMPro/Developer 5 for Win98.

You need to create a System folder as a subfolder where your solution resides, and put all your plugins in this folder.
