i have successfully installed the filemaker server on virtual machine and hosted the two filemaker files

But i cant see the hosted filemaker files when im trying to connect from filemaker pro via "open remote"

and there is no issue with the filemaker versions and os versions, and my internet connection is very speed.

As a seniors, I hope many peoples face this problems. Im expecting your kind support and solution with your reply

Is the virtual machine on the same machine as the machine with filemaker pro on it? The problem can be that both machines are on a different subnet, or it could be a port / firewall issue...
