OK, can someone tell me the trick to printing in columns. I have it selected in the layout setup dialog and all my fields are set far to the left with plenty of room for 2 columns. As I was putting the layout together and testing, it did show up in 2 columns in preview maode at one point. Then i did some more tweeking and changes and it has not shown in 2 columns in preview mode since then.

I've tried unselecting and reselecting but I just can't get it to display in columns. What is the trick?

grab the right margin of the layout and drag it left to the with of the one column

Thanks, I gave it a try but still couldn't get it to work. Until i switched my selection to "Down First". The layout adjusted to show the columns in Layout mode and it displays and prints properly in two columns in Preview mode. So it seems to work as expected when you select "Down First" but when i try to switch to "Across First" it reverts back to not showing columns in Layout and does not display in columns in Preview mode.

So, it seems columns work but only when you want the data to fill "Down First". "Across First" just balks...
