Web publishing engine issue in windows server 2003

This is first time i met this problem when i configure the FileMaker server 11 advance on the machine windows server 2003...

Please find the attachment.. there is red color showing up against to the web publishing engine.. Even i have re-install the fms.. but the problem will be come again.. with this particular windows server 2003 machine..

That doesn't really tell us anything except that there is a problem. You need to look in the windows application and system event log for clues as to what can happening on the box.

Also, the screenshot shows that you are running FMS11v2. I would suggest updating to v3 as the first step.
