Hi,

I have a database with over 2000 addresses globally and want Google Maps in Filemaker to display a marker for each address in the found set.

If you are able to do this, I want to hear from you. Tell me your price for this job.

You should look into the markercluster google maps API. Trying to put 2,000 markers on the map individually will be very slow.
