What exactly should happen - what are you trying to achieve? Why are your date fields text rather than dates?

I want that the expired field, retest field will give me the exact count of supplies that are going to expire and retest for the next month and the reorder field will give me also the exact count of supplies that Im going to reorder base from the 45% of quantity received. Thank you.
