To show certain data in a portal

Featured Replies

I think it is a matter of relationships but I can’t make it work.

What I’d like to accomplish is:

To show in the portal coloured in red the names of all contacts (only once each contact) related to the properties of a particular building.

Once shown, can I skip them by type of relationship using the portal filter I.e. TypeOfRelationships::Relationship (or whatever fixed table) = "Owner"?

I know is not correct in my sample file, I have just done it to show with an example what I need to accomplish and trying to explain.

Thanks to all for your help.

Before getting to your question:

You have a join table between Buildings and Properties, indicating that a property could be in more then one building. That doesn't seem to make sense.

You are right.

Buildings should be substitute by GroupsOfProperties.

Sorry about that.

Thank you Comment.

Once again you are an expert hitting the nail on the head.

Is not just exactly what I need, but makes perfectly the work.

If you don't mind, let me work a bit more on it and I'll be back with some more accurate question about it.

Thanks again.
