Script works great but inserts 5 of the same phone number in the to: box of the email

Everything works great in this script, however when clicked and the "send email" command is executed, in the to: field of the email message the phone number is repeated 5 times.

Any ideas?

there is a checkbox i believe that will send mail with the current record or all records in the found set. Do you know if you have that checked?

For a standard operating procedure i would prefer to use Set Field for the two fields you are setting vs using the INSERT TEXT and INSERT CALCULATED RESULTS, as both of these require the fields to be present on the layout.

this way you don't have to target objects or fields.
