Hello All,

I'm trying to find a way to create a pdf, and naming the file so that it reflects the information in each PDF.

More specifically, I am creating Estimates, and I would like the file name to have the date of Estimate and/or the Client Name.

But I see no option to "calculate" the output file name for each unique Estimate (although I see the options to calculate the Authour, Title, Subject, etc).

I don't know if I am missing something here. I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Or is there a work around?

Ok. I apologize. I should have done a little more research.

Found the help file for this goal.

But I am having trouble understanding how to use variable for this purpose.

I will experiment. But if anyone can make it clear for me quickly it would be much appreciated!
