Whenever I enter the "order number" field, the app crashes on my iPhone. I have checked storage options, font type, calculations, and I cannot figure out whats causing this to crash.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks

I don't have any first hand knowledge but I seem to remember reading that there were problems if an object crossed parts. Make sure your fields, labels and buttons stay within their own Header, Body, Footer, etc part.

Tried that, didn't work, thanks for the reply though, any other suggestions?

I notice that the left edge of your field called Sales Transactions:: Description has a value of -0. A negative 0 is odd I think. Did you develop this on a Mac or Windows? I'm on Windows and haven't seen -0 before but then it could be normal on converted files.

I developed this on a mac, how do you see/change the value of a certain field?

Try recovering the file - it might be corrupt.

Tried recovering, repairing, saving as a smaller compact file, etc, still nothing. The app crashed as soon as i tap on the field. So very frustrating, I'm tempted to re-build the entire database, there goes my weekend :(

Anyone have a good free sales/inventory database for filemaker go?

Matt
