pahtooco Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 There are a couple of threads on here directly related to FTPeek not working with the latest version of Java. It appears the issue is related to how Java works with Windows: http://fmforums.com/forum/topic/84735-connection-reset/ What I am wondering is if there is going to be a fix for this? I have multiple users getting Java update notices - though informed to not update - some do, then the process of unstallation and reinstallation of Java with all of the associated "end user frustration". So what I guess I am wondering: will there be an update to FTPeek to fix this? Are there specific instructions someplace as to a workaround (I understand it being a known bug but that doesn't tell me how to fix it)? Is FTPeek supported anymore? It's a great plugin for our purposes - so I hope there is a fix, if there already is one and I am missing it please point me to where it is...unfortunately we'll probably have to start looking at other options since we will begin to run into configuration issues of somethings requiring Java 7 or later... Thanks!
wbasham Posted September 20, 2012 Posted September 20, 2012 We have addressed this issue in the FTPeek plugin but it has not been publicly released as of yet. If you'll contact me directly via email, I'm happy to provide this version of the plugin to you.
