is anybody know how to change the default server path container files to use, as example, in a different drive to store container field files instead FM data server folder, ready to be published on the web?

seems tedious to duplicate all the files to be used on web-server, is it so strange?

You don't change them. Leave them where FileMaker Server puts them or they won't work correctly.
