another good one i just found in the Visual Quickstart one from peachpit.

the FileMaker 5 Advanced. Fairly good. Shows lots cool tricks and stuff..

I like Learn Filemaker pro 5.5 Jonathan Stars book for beginners.

You are not alone -- the "Dreamweaver4 Weekend Crash Course" has a CD that is missing many files, and has many other files in different locations from where the book says they are.
