There is a "Category" field in Browse mode, Table view that I can't find in Layout Mode. I didn't make the database so I don't know how to find the field. I need to give it a drop down list, so please help me find it!

If you want help finding it you should post the file! How else is someone going to help you?

In layout mode, select all, and see if you can find it off screen. In other words, look where the other fields aren't.

If you want to find the field in Form View, then first you need to visit layout mode, then add a field from Status Tool Bar. Then after that, drag a field from there, then specify a field name for that.

If you want to find the field in Table View, then right click on Create field, then specify the field name.

In this case, all the field are visible in the specify field option from the table on which the layout is assigned.

Or you can duplicate a field, then double click on the dup, which will produce the list of fields available for the current TO. If it isn't listed, check the related TOs
