We recently upgraded to FM12. Upon printing our reports in FM11 the entire thing took 15 seconds. Now the exact same report in FM12 takes 3 minutes and 15 seconds.

All help is appreciated..

Any change in OS? Printer drivers changed? I use FM 12v03 on Mac 10.7.5 and am not having these issues. Printing could be taking a little longer. I haven't timed it because it would only be a matter of a couple of seconds.

OS is the same on the server (no changes). OS's vary among workstations,, XP and Win7... all have the same poor performance printing. Am very puzzled on this one. Also, does not matter which printer that you print to... results are excessive. 15 seconds that everybody is used to for multiple page reports to over 1 minute per page,, ie; 3 page report takes over 3 minutes vs 15 seconds. 15 page report takes over 15 minutes.

Any ideas?

We have the same issue. Most of our computers are on Mac OS and have no problem. However printing from a Windows XP machine is agonisingly slow — the smae sort of change as you mention. I see there's no effective response here. Have you had any luck elsewhere?

THe upgrade to V12.4 fixed this on our Windows computers
