Editable Value List

Is it possible in FM 12, to have a dropdown value list that I can add entries to on the fly?

What kind of value list? We need more information ... is it Custom value list? Using table of values? Using ID as first value? And who should have rights to add values? Anyone? Only Managers? :^)
