Well, this like like asking how to build a sports car or an accounting system. It is both too broad and too vague a question.

Do you expect an answer written here, or are you looking for someone to either build you one or help you build one?

If you are looking for a written answer, that would likely be beyond the scope of what can be done in this format.

If looking for someone to develope or help to develope then we can certainly help with that.

In either case you will need to provide alot more detail as to what exactly you want.

Of course, you may be lucky and find that someone here has already developed something like this and know exactly what you are talking about. It could happen.
