I am wondering how to make a record so the user cannot delete it if it says for example "lock" in the Field "SAVED" but if i is empty in the field "SAVED" it is okay to delete?

It's something that you set in the user's privilege set.  You can specify a calculation there that would look at the lock field.

    Thanks But I was wondering if the user puts in the word  "lock" in the field "SAVED" if there is a calculation to keep that record only from being deleted.
