Supercontainer not starting with FM

I have used option 2 to install SC with Filemaker 11 Advanced.  When the server restarts SC does not load/start and people get a message when their start scripts attempt to set the base URL.  I have to login using a RDC and click on the .jar file.  This is for Windows 7.

What is the message people are seeing when the script attempts to set the base URL? Did you change the base URL to be "http://serverAddress/SuperContainer/Files" after the install?
