I have 2 excel calculations that I need in our FM database. It can be done in PC or Mac.

Is there any company out there or anyone here that can do this for a fee? Most companies have a huge upfront fee so anyone here is preferably.

Also I am looking for help with CDML.

The needed calculations are APR (mortgage loan rate)

So far I found a shareware program that does one of my APR calcs, but it will not allow multi records so I must use it in a relation database.
