Open PDF from container field - go to page #

I want to open a pdf file from a container field (I can do this easily) but I want it to automatically go to a specified page number. Is this at all possible?

No.

Well not so you can choose a different page each time... but if you always want to go to page 7 for example it is possible, using JavaScript actions inside the PDF - which you could add with ScriptMaster and iText - but its not trivial...
