Find the realtors you are interested in (perhaps all). Create a layout with:

Header

Subsummary by Realtor Name (place realtor name field) This part can be "page break before each occurrence.

Body (place fields for property info)

footer

Sort by Realtor Name

Preview or Print

You FM manual should have some good information on subsummaries. -bd

Thanks, I think that might do the trick. This file is updated monthly, will I have to redo this layout each time, or will it automatically generate a new report?

You won't have to redo the layout. You will have to perform a find based upon active/inactive to make sure you only print out active properties. This can all be scripted.

Again I encourage you to spend a little time with the FM manual. It will yield big dividends in your understanding of how all this works.
