Please Help I need two fields payment and Method 

The Payment should be dropdown list cash, check and credit card.

If i choose Cash in the method field should be Cash (number)

f i choose Check in the method field should be Check (number)

f i choose Credit Card in the method field should be CC (number)

 

I don't understand. Why wouldn't you have Method (uses value list) and payment (number field). Payment doesn't seem to be affected by different choices of method.
