Hi,

Anyone able to advise how did my exported csv file has 9000+ rows when my filemaker database have only 500+ records.

Many of the rows only show one field.

You exported a related field/portal data - this will show each portal item on its own line, with the main record as the first in the sequence:

 

Record1   Data   Child data

                           Child Data
Record2   Data   Child Data

                           Child Data

                           Child Data

                           Child Data

 

etc etc
