Amy3515 Posted July 15, 2013 Author Share Posted July 15, 2013 The rumor is that corporate is going to make us use SalesForce. I have my CRM and several aftermarket databases set up in Filemaker Pro. The head of aftermarket needs to know what to put for his budget plan - hoping we can get approval for the Filemaker layouts. I don't know a thing about what they plan to do with SalesForce, but I am sure it will conflict with what I'm already doing and I'm aiming for a preemptive strike. The SalesForce website says nothing. I haven't been able to get the name of their salesperson. I'm hoping somebody will assure me that they can interact - and what any restrictions might be.
