But as far as I can tell there aren't that many people around here (Melbourne) that use Filemaker. Probably because it's more a Mac thing. But one resource you might want to check out is http://www.seek.com.au. Its a fairly big database of classifieds for jobs and you can see what people for IT are currently searched for.
