Rename layout without affecting scripts?

I have a layout, LayoutOne.  I made a duplicate of it LayoutOneCopy.  I made changes to LayoutOneCopy, and now I want LayoutOneCopy to be my new default layout.  The problem is, all my links, scripts, etc. say Go To LayoutOne.  If I rename LayoutOne to LayoutOne-Old, all the scripts make the change.  Is there a quicker way to have all the scripts reflect the new layout name rather than going through each individual script and link?

why not just apply the changes you made to the copy in the original and then rename the original?
