Portal continuing on second page

Featured Replies

I have a portal on our tuition bills that show all payments, one per line. The number of lines in the portal can increase, for a few parents, to more than fits on a page. Any ideas on how to continue a portal on a second page (like first 25 receipts come out on page one and the rest on page two)?

Use two portals based on the same relationship:  one with initial row 1, and the second, on the second page, with initial row 26.

But better is a list view layout based on the tuition table, with related fields in the header for student name, etc.

If I do the two portals trick (sounds really good), if there's no data for page 2 (I mean no entries in portals 26 and on) how can I have that page not print? Each page has a heading of the parents name, address, etc. So it wouldn't be blank, but if the portal is empty on the second page I don't need the page. Am I making sense?

Since it's bills, that's why I'm not doing just a list view, though there's probably a way to do that too. Any help on that first comment?
