I cannot know for sure if it will need to be updated without seeing it first. However, there is a strong chance that you will need to make at least some modifications to your code. Plastic 2 supports 12 gateways, subscriptions and recurring payments, profile-based payments, and much more, so many processes have changed or been updated.
