Is it possible to make the bars in a chart a specific color depending on their value?  For example, if the value is less than 25% - the bar is green, if it's between 25% and 50% - the bar is red, etc.

I am not familiar with a way to do it in Filemaker,  but  you can do it using the webviewer and either using google charts or creating your own css charts

You can make your own graph. Set up a field with 1000 repetitions, or some large number, make the field short enough, then set fill color with conditional formatting
