websites with username and password restrictions, I tried writing a URL to automatically enter that then submit, unfortunately, I have not been successful. Is this even possible? for example facebook,twiter

 

I'm not sure this is a Filemaker question per se.   The examples you give (Facebook and Twitter) both use HTTPS for encrypted communication.  While I'm no expert on this, I would guess that it is not possible to send passwords embedded in a URL, since this would mean that they are sent in the clear and thus would be a major security risk.
