Title Bar Offscreen -- is there a way to grab it to pull it down

Hello:

 

I have a layout where the title bar is off the screen and I can't seem to grab it to pull it down.  I know there is a key combination on WINDOWS using the mouse keys to pull down a window like that BUT is there a key combination to grab it and pull it down on a MACINTOSH.  This has been eating at me for a while.

I know this doesn't directly address your question, but if you're stuck you could use one of the Window > Tile commands.
