Hello I am using he barcode font CCode39 and does not work as expected.

 

I would like to have the barcode not being separated by its own value number. I only want to print the barcode. Is there something special about barcode in filemaker pro 11?

That layout object has, itself, been set to use the barcode font?

I am not sure if I am looking at the right place. However, this is what I did.

In a table I've created a field called "BARCODETOPRINT" with a calculation equal to "*" & InvoiceNo & "*". The expected outcome is for example *020000*.

Within the inspector for the BARCODETOPRINT object, I have the following setup.

- Data formatting : General

- Appearance - Text - trying to use the font CCode39. It does not let me use it, always come back to Candara font.

Maybe, I might trying to do something in a very simple manner but maybe more complex.

The font works, I've tested it with MS-Excel on my Mac.
