raif Posted August 10, 2001 Posted August 10, 2001 Hi, I would like to be able to keep the header visable while I scroll down a document in browse mode. All the navigation buttons are in the header and I would like to be able to see them at all times. Raif
Ocean West Posted August 10, 2001 Posted August 10, 2001 I assume you mean when in list view? If you have a header and a body part the header should remain visable when you scroll down. If you are in a form view and have multiple parts then they all move I don't think they will stay put.
raif Posted August 10, 2001 Author Posted August 10, 2001 I was hopeing to get them to stay put in form view. Sorry I should have mentioned that. Raif
DykstrL Posted August 10, 2001 Posted August 10, 2001 You can force this behavior in a limited way. Set up your form layout to be viewed as List. Set up a "Next Record" button in your navigation bar and set up this script to run: Show All Records Go to Next Record Omit Record Show Omitted A Back button can also be scripted the same way except with "Go to previous Record". The limitation is you can only have a found set of 1 (thus the Omit and Show Omitted steps), otherwise you will have confusion as to which record you're on. Hope this helps.
