LaRetta Posted March 18, 2014 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Hi Seckinb, Databases are not spreadsheets and there is no native way to create cross tabs or pivots. If you wish columns for data entry, it would work best to use a layout based upon the portal. You can also stack portals side-by-side to replicate columns. The first portal would be specified as rows 1-5, second 6-10 etc. The purpose of records/rows is to allow unlimited growth of multiple records. If you stack portals horizontally, you will need to modify schema if the number of records increases. Limited attributes should be horizontal; records should be vertical.
