Slide control 2 buttons on top

Featured Replies

I have a slide control and I'm trying to recreate the button effect of the starter solution Contacts.

In that solution, the buttons Business Address and Personal Address when clicked (go to objects) either slide 1 or slide 2. I got this working great, but I'm trying to have 1 button fade/change when 1 object/slide is selected and vice versa. It wasn't really clear to me how to do this, I looked at conditional formatting, etc, not sure what to do.

Any ideas?

Well there's always the new hide if with a calculation feature in the data pane of the inspector. And the starter solutions which I ve studied a bit with sliders basically just forego the far left and far right navigation arrow, that is in the first and last slider pane. I am not sure I helped you out here, if I get a chance I ll post my implementation.

Edit: ok I got it what you are after. Basically what the starter solution does is in each slider pane they use another set of buttons, which what I be done to in my solutions, so basically you have to have different highlighted, or embossed or whatever buttons in each slider to replicate this function. I be started a thread on my experiences with slider buttons here, have a look. Nothing works great at the end of the day overall, but it's also pretty good they way it is, IMHO of course.
