I have been a complete gobshite and gone and locked the toolbar and now I don't know how to unlock it.

 

Is there a way to do this?

You can only lock the toolbar through a script. So either don't run that script or create a script that unlocks the toolbar. You can also use your script debugger to bypass the script step that is locking the toolbar.

Thanks! I panicked for a minute but created a button to cancel the script until I have finished designing it and put it onto the iPad.

You could have your startup script check the device/OS the file is opened on and display/hide/lock/unlock the toolbar conditionally.
