Tom England
I have a field with about ten values in from a defined values list. The field is formatted to have check boxes. The problem is that I can't get text to line up with the text in the field when printing out. Is this a case of trial and error??

What text doesn't line up, and with what? Your question just doesn't make sense. Do you have another text field next to the checkbox field? I noticed that you had a MacOS icon atop your post, but if you're actually using Windows then the answer most likely is yes, trial and error with printouts is the only way. Windows has this [apparently permanent] glitch in that it isn't WYSIWYG, so what appears on the screen is different from what prints.
SteveB
You Mac guys are always knocking Windows and its inability to handle WYSIWYG. Funny, but Illustrator, Corel Draw and MS Word don't seem to have any problems with printing on Windows. Does that tell you something?
