Using a layout on my computer and a layout on my iphone with the same table I am creating records at the same time.

I create the record using my phone. I start creating a record on my computer (script on layout enter creates record) and when I click the cancel button it has a script to delete the record. Here is the thing... It is deleting both records ie. both the computer created and phone created records in one hit. I only have the delete record script running.

 

If I create a record on the computer, go to the main menu and then create one using the iphone and go to the main menu it saves them both. Go to the computer and create a new record, delete it using the cancel button and it is fine.

 

It seems if two are created at the same time on different devices it links them somehow and when you click delete it removes them both?

This is an interesting observation and I would like to explore it further to pin what is happening.  However, I do not have an iPhone.  Do you happen to have an iPad and does the same behaviour happen there?  

 

I suspect there is a logic here that may not be obvious and it would be nice to see the file for testing.  Can you zip it and attach here?
