Hi there. FM13 has been installed and working fine on a Windows 8.1 machine

All of a sudden today it wont launch... the app sits in task manager for a second or two before quitting... any ideas what to check before I go and re format the whole PC.

Tried reinstalling. Confirmed installation of .net 4.5
