I compiled a runtime solution with Pro 12 for a mac user and all the fields that have a value list (radio buttons or checkbox set) are not modifiable. However text fields can be edited. On my mac, every things checks ok.

 

Any idea?

Did you create each runtime on the machine they are intended for?

 

i.e. one on the mac and one on the windows?

The runtimes are created on my machine then transferred on the user machine.

It used to be, not sure now, that the Windows machines will sometimes change the read write level of a file being installed?

 

Check the file by getting Info at the finder level.

The runtime app was created on a mac machine for another mac machine. No Windows machines here. My mac runs mac osx 10.6.8 and the other guy runs the latest osx. Could that explains the issue?

Okay, I've found the reasons why this happened. The user forgot to get rid of the old version located under Applications. Re-installing the app solved the issue and the user made sure to install with the admin privileges.
