I'm using Instant Web Publishing with File Maker 5.5 Unlimited. I have 2 files that are published on-line.

One is a large file of 56,000 records and the other is small with 2 or 3 records. The large file keeps

disappearing from the Instant Homepage. Then I have to go to the server, physically close the file

and then reopen it again.

What is causing this file to appear closed when it is not. This happens at least once a day, sometimes

twice a day.

I really don't want to have to babysit the file constantly. This never happened on File Maker 5.

I've already downloaded the recommended fixes to 5.5 Unlimited.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

I almost hate to suggest it since it is SO obvious, you probably already tried it. But have you tried increasing the memory allocated to FileMaker?

It's always obvious when you know what you are doing.

I'll increase my memory immediately. Hopefully, that will correct the problem. Already, I can see

that it makes the searches go faster.
